I love to consume, observe, understand, discover, research (and so on) about the greatness of food. At the moment I'm still trying to master recipes from my mother/grandma and YouTube food gurus; but hopefully soon enough I'll be able to make up my own and share them with you! FYI, I'm quite a nutrient freak...so on my own, I'm constantly making sure all the colourful nutrients are in the bowl, then I season it a little according to the flavour so that my tastebuds stay happy.

The highly anticipated cheesecake has finally been made! We used Sorted Food's Cheeky Chocolate Cheesecake recipe as a guide and added in our own 'large quantity of Maltesers + dark chocolate drizzle' topping!
Note to self: plenty of patience required for this recipe to turn out perfectly.
I had some leftover Digestives and melted dark chocolate by the end of the cooking, so guess what I did with them? Yep! I dipped the biscuit into the chocolate to make dark chocolate digestives! Hooray! Ok maybe not so original...but still it was a pleasant delight!
Banana bread makes me feel nutritious, guilt-free, full of energy and healthy.
My friends and I baked it wayyy past dinner time, so by the time we were munching on each flavourful bite...we were definitely breaking the eat three hours before bedtime rule. Who cares when you've got fresh banana bread.
We allowed the bread to cool for a good couple of minutes and prepped up a cup of milk. Our patience declined and we threw ourselves effortlessly into heaven. The crunchy crust and base created thrilling excitement for our tastebuds and unconsciously the warm, moist bread dissolved quickly in our mouths.
