Such an awesome music video! I absolutely love it!
Ok so allow me to confess that I'd already been addicted with Park Sihwan's My Love - a song he sung in Superstar K5. The fact that he lived up to my expectation with I Just Loved You meant this nothing-but-postivity review post was definitely coming up.
Firstly, let's discuss the song itself. I loved the energy created by Park's airy yet full of strength voice supported by an enthusiastic drum accompaniment. The confidence he exudes in the climax points and high notes also brings out a fantastic sensation. The short whispering section towards the end of the song also allows the listener to retain an excited emotion with its attention-seeking effect.
Next up, visual creativity. 5 stars. Maybe I'm just too much of a hermit to not realise perhaps someone else has already done it before. Nevertheless, it's my first time witnessing it. So here goes. I could not take my eyes off how in-sync the changing images were on each phone. If you have no idea what I'm on about - watch the mv! I honestly cannot imagine how it was done, unless someone with a lot of dedication worked behind the scenes to plan out all the time frames/details out. That guy definitely deserves more that just a pat on the back.
For a finishing touch, I love the elegant and simple ring on white, clean backdrop ending.
Also, was wondering...did they have an audition for whose hands to use in the music video? They're a nice pair of hands.
