I love to consume, observe, understand, discover, research (and so on) about the greatness of food. At the moment I'm still trying to master recipes from my mother/grandma and YouTube food gurus; but hopefully soon enough I'll be able to make up my own and share them with you! FYI, I'm quite a nutrient freak...so on my own, I'm constantly making sure all the colourful nutrients are in the bowl, then I season it a little according to the flavour so that my tastebuds stay happy.

Wasn't sure if this small dish deserved the post honour...but considering it was my first on-the-spot-out-of-nowhere creation, please consider the attempt a successful one. My sudden surge of creativity consisted of health awareness (vegetables, obviously), bite-size pieces (hence the canapé form) and something leaning on savoury (without the meat, it's really just salt...)
Anyway, it was really delicious! Try it!
Along with 2 besties, we made a surprise croissant breakfast for our friend this morning. Looks good right?
Toasted the croissant on a hot pan, scrambled 8 eggs with a slab of butter (for 4 heads) and topped it with 2 slices of smoked salmon. For sides: a simple rocket salad with 2 cherry tomatoes, and a bowl of fresh berries!
Perfect way to start the day before 6 hours of orchestral practice. Concert tomorrow - Looking forward to it very much!
