I love to consume, observe, understand, discover, research (and so on) about the greatness of food. At the moment I'm still trying to master recipes from my mother/grandma and YouTube food gurus; but hopefully soon enough I'll be able to make up my own and share them with you! FYI, I'm quite a nutrient freak...so on my own, I'm constantly making sure all the colourful nutrients are in the bowl, then I season it a little according to the flavour so that my tastebuds stay happy.

Yep, the challenge was on! Gordon Ramsay's signature dish was about to succeed, or fail, in our hands. And I think it turned out ok... in fact, as bad as it might look, it tasted delicious! Another main side dish success! This time it's a slightly adjusted version of runnyrunny999's Chicken cream stew recipe. I laid it across a bed of mixed white and black rice, and it was creamy chicken heaven. Oh dear...for some reason that doesn't sound so good...but you know what I mean! Right? Recipe:
The highly anticipated cheesecake has finally been made! We used Sorted Food's Cheeky Chocolate Cheesecake recipe as a guide and added in our own 'large quantity of Maltesers + dark chocolate drizzle' topping! Note to self: plenty of patience required for this recipe to turn out perfectly. Recipe:
I had some leftover Digestives and melted dark chocolate by the end of the cooking, so guess what I did with them? Yep! I dipped the biscuit into the chocolate to make dark chocolate digestives! Hooray! Ok maybe not so original...but still it was a pleasant delight!
